Italy Real Estate Exploration Holidays

HomeHow To Buy A House in Italy: Get The FactsItaly Real Estate Exploration Holidays

Explore Italian real estate on a tailor-made trip.

What better way to discover opportunities in the Italian property market by spending a few days with us at our farmhouse in the hills of Le Marche and meet our team of experts for face to face advice. Meet an immigration lawyer and receive up to date information, take a tour of homes for sale with our expert real estate agents, dine with fellow expats for a Q&A session, and attend a seminar from David & Gary from D&G Design on how to renovate your new Italian home.

Stay at our beautifully restored 17th century farmhouse, enjoy evening aperitivo and four-course organic dinners, and plenty of local wine.

Explore the local area and decide which is better for your vacation home or property investment – a cool coastal pad, countryside abode or city dwelling. Visit local wineries, artisans who create beautiful pieces for the home, and even take part in a ceramics, pasta making, or stone carving class!

Our Italian real estate exploration holidays can be taken at any time throughout the year and are suited to your requirements.
